Your order was not delivered within the estimated delivery time.
There is a verified quality or packaging issue with your order.
Please note:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Perishable food or beverage items once opened or consumed.
Gift cards, promotional coupons, or discounted items.
Orders cancelled after the preparation/shipping process has started (for food or express orders).

Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:
Check your bank or payment provider.
Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if not yet processed.
Once an order is prepared, shipped, or picked up by delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
