Cancel and return policy

At Dino Dine, every pouch is made with care, tested for quality, and packed with love — because we understand that when it comes to your child’s food, nothing less than perfect will do.


However, in the rare case that something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Replacements

We take pride in ensuring that every product you receive is safe, fresh, and just as described. All our products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, damage, or quality issues, you are entitled to a no-questions-asked replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • Replacement requests can be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • The product will go through a short inspection process once returned to confirm eligibility.
  • Please note that only full orders can be replaced — partial replacements are not accepted.
  • The replacement product must be of equal or higher value than the returned item.

Once approved, please allow 10–12 working days for the replacement to be processed and dispatched.

Returns & Replacements

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • No return, refund, or replacement will be accepted if the request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products delivered in perfect condition as per your order are not eligible for replacement.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please provide a valid unboxing video as proof to qualify for a replacement.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Dino Dine reserves the right to accept or decline any return or replacement request at its discretion.

Order Cancellations

While we try to process every order swiftly, we reserve the right to cancel or hold orders under certain conditions such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Suspected fraudulent or malicious activity.
  • Stock unavailability or pricing inaccuracies.

In such cases, if your payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.


Customers may also cancel their order within 2 working days of placing it, provided the order hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
